Things we’ve been doing…

On June 23rd, SimplyHelp Foundation picked up 10 pallets (Nesquik Milk Bottles, Starbucks Gingerbread, Cereal & Dawn Wipes). On July 9th, the pallets were shipped to Myanmar (formerly Burma) in Southeast Asia for people in need. We want to thank SimplyHelp Foundation for all their hard work and our partner, Drug & Crime Free Youth Foundation, for helping us help others.

On Saturday, July 8th, Herman from Rainbow® Sandals Foundation went to Crossline Church in Laguna Hills. He delivered 96 boxes of Starbucks Coffee and 80 boxes of Abuelia Hot Chocolate for their food pantry, which takes place twice a week to provide free food to those in need.

Thursday, July 13th, Ben from Western Eagle Foundation picked up 5 bins of organic avocados. Located in Temecula, they serve 350,000 families annually. Every week, local food pantries, other nonprofit agencies providing hunger relief, and faith-based organizations pick up pallets of food at the Western Eagle drive-thru and transport them to distribution sites in the outlying and rural areas of Riverside County and San Diego County. Working together, Western Eagle helps to fill neighbors’ plates. We would like to thank our partner Del Rey Avocados for helping us help others.
