Anchored International Relief is a faith-based, non-governmental organization devoted to sharing the love of Christ by addressing physical, spiritual, and emotional needs. Working in some of the world's poorest regions, including Uganda, Mexico, the Philippines, and Nepal, the organization provides tangible aid through feeding programs, health education, aquaculture projects, and medical interventions. Anchored International Relief is committed to ministering in hard-to-reach, neglected areas and responding to natural disasters, man-made crises, inner-city poverty, and unreached communities worldwide.
In 2023, the organization launched the Anchor of Hope Feeding Center in Naluko, Uganda, where malnutrition is a leading cause of death for children under five. This program has already transformed lives by supporting 34 children with food, medical care, and the Gospel. Additionally, Anchored Relief conducts community health education on hygiene, nutrition, and sustainable farming practices, empowering families to break cycles of hunger and dependency.
Looking ahead to 2025, the organization aims to raise $100,000 to expand the feeding center's impact. Funds will sustain the local farm, cover staff salaries, provide food and medical care, and enable the center to serve more children and families.
